Hi Sisters

For those of you who have never been to the dry pack cannery this is a great opportunity to add to your food storage. At the cannery you will be able to purchase dry products for example beans, sugar, flour, pudding mixes, drink mixes, potatoes, rice, etc. You will be sealing the dry products in either cans or mylar bags for long term storage. The people who sign up and go to the cannery will work as a team to do all of the canning for everyone who attends that night. Be sure to dress comfortably and wear closed toed shoes as you will be working.

Sisterhood of the Traveling Casserole Dish

Thanks to all of the sisters who came and participated in last Thursday's activity!! We had a great turnout and the whole evening was a lot of fun. For those sisters who weren't able to attend, the activity included a short skit showing just how much we can touch each others' lives through service, like bringing a casserole to a sister in need. We had a casserole contest and Jenny Moses's amazing French Breakfast Casserole won first place, Dottie's Hawaiian Crockpot Cream of Chicken and rice recipe came in second, and Laura Kabel's casserole came in third. The missionaries had a great time judging the contest.
